Disposition versions
26. The secretary shall open each outer envelope considered correct and remove the inner envelope on which the words “BALLOT PAPER—DIRECTOR” appear as well as the name of the Order and, where applicable, those on which the words “BALLOT PAPER—PRESIDENT” and the name of the Order appear. The secretary shall reject, without opening them, any inner envelopes bearing a mark identifying the elector and ballot papers that are not inserted in the inner envelopes.
